Kulonprogo District Police carry out routine traffic raids, especially on weekend that is often used by the community, gathering and convoy, which are commonly known as Sunday Morning Rides or sunmori.
“Kulonprogo District Police on Sunday (7/2/2022) carry out a traffic raid to anticipate gathering and convoys from several communities. We carry out patrols and actions for violation before heading to the Sermo Reservoir," said Head of the Kulonprogo District Police Operation Division, Police Assistant Superintendent Riko Sanjaya, S.H., S.I.K during a traffic raid and blocking of an illegal event that will be held at the Sermo Reservoir, Kokap, Kulonprogo.
The target of the traffic raid was a vehicle that used a non-standard exhaust and its documents. The traffic raid was carried out on several roads leading to the Sermo Reservoir and at the Sermo Reservoir itself.
